There are many sayings about laughter that are worth repeating.

“Laugh and the world laughs with you, cry, and you cry alone.”

“Laughter is the best medicine.”

Both of these sayings are true.

According to the latest scientific studies laughter discharges tension, relieves depression, anxiety, fear, and anger.

It also conditions the heart muscle and eliminates stress. What pill can do all that?

Day 11 Challenge: Laugh Out Loud
But we must warn you: If you are going to burst out laughing for no other reason than you want to stay healthy, it’s highly recommended that you do that in the privacy of your own home. Otherwise, you might get some strange looks and some adverse reactions. Don’t chuckle, laugh out loud. You need a good, strong, belly laughs.

Our subconscious mind does not recognize the difference between fake laughter and that of real belly laughter. To that end, it can be developed and used as a practical daily exercise to improve our health and well-being.

Firstly, smiling has a similar effect on the subconscious mind and body, so when you see yourself in a mirror, smile, and wave.

You can break into a laugh and give yourself positive affirmations or compliments, which also increases positive feelings of self-love and self-esteem.
