SDL365 Announces Changes in the Terms and Conditions of Its Scholarship Contest

SDL365 will be making changes to its reoccurring scholarship contest.

Gilbert, Arizona, United States – July 31, 2019 — SDL365 Achievers Scholarship is a contest in which students submit essays related to various topics related to financial education. Every quarter, a winner is chosen and awarded a $500 scholarship. While the contest will largely remain the same, SDL365 will be changing its terms and conditions as of July 2019.

Students will now choose between two topics:

  • “How to Deal With the Financially Irresponsible Actions in Your Life” and
  • “Easy-Going Ideas on How to Start Building Your Credit as A Student”

Participants will need to create a 750-word essay or an original infographic on one of these subjects.

In addition, due to increasing interest in the contest, SDL365 has improved its scholarship page. One of the changes includes a new scholarship application form that allows students to add their essays directly on the website. The goal is to make the contest as accessible and convenient as possible for students.

As of June 28, the window for submitting essays for the second quarter’s contest has closed, and SDL365 has recently announced the winner. Students can now send in essays and infographics for the next quarterly session. The deadline runs until September 28.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and enrolled in high school, college, graduate school, or a trade school. A cumulative GPA of 2.8 is also required. Whether applicants are new to the process or have previously submitted an essay, they should take the time to review the new terms and conditions.
